World Cup Autographs in the Collection

About the 70-71 Footballers ... They took part in mainly two Final Tournaments, England 1966 and Mexico 1970. Of course we had 70-71 League Players in the Tournaments 1974 and 1978 as well, but they were playing for Scotland.

Interesting facts are that Nat Lofthouse (Coach in Bolton Wanderers 1970-71) played for England 1954 in Switzerland. Peter Shilton was the English keeper in Italy 1990. We also have Bryan Robson (Manager in Ipswich Town 1970-71) coaching the England side in Italy. He was still Manager in Newcastle United when this Website was released.
